On January 28, 2019, VAST (Jingzhou) Co., Ltd held agroundbreaking ceremony in Jingzhou Development Zone. Mr. Cui Yonghui, Mayor ofJingzhou, Mr. Jiang Hong, Member of CPC Standing Committee of Jingzhou &Secretary of Party Working Committee of Jingzhou Development Zone, Vice MayorMr. Xiang Bin, and Mr. Philippe Dequecker, President of VAST Alliance, attendedthe ceremony.

VAST (Jingzhou) Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary ofVAST Alliance from the US. The project is located in the north of Shuguang Roadand west of Shanghai Avenue. Phase 1 of the project, with a fixed assetinvestment of around RMB 230 million, covers an area of 50,667 m2 and has25,000 m2 floor space. The main products of the plant will include high-endexterior door handle components, front hood latches, tail gate latches,ignition locks, keyless start systems, smart keys, power sliding devices,exterior trim and lighting products, etc.

The groundbreaking of VAST Jingzhou project is anothersymbol of the expansion of VAST’s product market and a historic milestone.
