As a key project for VCN in 2021, the culture promotion project is of vital importance to the development of the company in that:
? Last but no least, there has been a strong call for better culture building in the 2020 employee engagement survey.
Mr. William Zhang, CEO Operations Center, said: "Corporate culture is the soul of an enterprise and the inexhaustible driving force for its development, which will ensure that our company will always move in the right direction in the future.
According to Mr. Wayne Bird, CEO Customer Center: "The culture at VCN should be consistent with our mission and values and resonate with everyone in the organization. All VCN employees should work together to contribute their part for the building of our corporate culture.
The culture project team has been formed by VCN HR Dept.. The VCN core management team first reviewed the culture of Vast China, and interpreted the company’s values at the behavioral level, to make sure that the corporate culture can be better understood, observed and measured, so as to achieve the implementation of corporate culture enhancement.
