1. Value in Video
As a key project for VCN in 2021, the culture project is in full wing. As one of the highlight projects, VAST Value in Video has already completed the screening and learning by all staff of three culture videos produced by HR, Quality and Operations respectively.
Culture videos were created based on real business scenario at VAST with moderate level of artistic treatment. What is said and done by the characters in the videos are commonplace in the real world. Through the contrast between the positive and negative attitudes and behaviors of employees in the context of the same problems and challenges, which lead to very different results, we can understand that culture is closely related to everyone. Watching the culture videos and learning the lessons from them enable every employee to be better aware of the behaviors encouraged by VAST values.
The culture video made by VJZ team for Ethical Conduct and Discipline will be available shortly and more videos are on the way. Stay tuned for more to come!
