VAST Jingzhou Plant Passes Initial BIQS Certification by SGM

Jingzhou Plant was awarded the BIQScertificate by SGM on Dec 10, 2021, an achievement from one year of hard workby the entire BIQS implementation team. The team has been striving for a commongoal at every stage of the process.

?Plan:Customer was invited around March and April for systematic BIQS training.Organizational structure, project objectives, implementation plan wereestablished, to kick off BIQS certification activities.

?Do:The implementation team completed the reviewing of BIQS requirements anddeveloped and updated to-do list through continuous audit to implement eachrequirement.

?Check:SGM was invited in July to conduct BIQS pre-audit. Internal audits wereorganized in June and October to calibrate without wasting opportunities fromevery audit.

?Action:Improvement plans were developed and implemented from May

through November based on findingsand deficiencies

from internal and external assessments atevery stage.

BIQS certification is both a resultand a new start, for which we’re thankful to every team member for their hardword and dedication.

This is a solid step taken byJingzhou factory for SGM business. Although we will certainly encounter morechallenges along the way, we are confident that we can overcome all of thembecause we have a strong and excellent team！
