    The electronic process quality management system based on MES system was tested and launched in VAST TC In June 2022.

    1. The collection and integration of systematic quality data turns the static data of scattered points into dynamic mesh management

    production and processing, injection molding, spraying, assembly and other key processes. For quality concerns, the key points of process operation are controlled online, and real-time interaction, monitoring and feedback are convenient for managers to respond in time and efficiently solve on-site operations and problems.

    2. Set up a basic digital quality management platform to support the integration of internal collaboration and quality improvement

    The digitalization of information collection is used to optimize the machining process and quality related processes, and to monitor, collect and integrate all kinds of open-source data and process data in real time, facilitating problem tracing and improvement analysis, and effectively make decisions on action plans. The data platform of static measurement, dynamic recording and process monitoring is realized, and the data flow can be controlled and analyzed.

    3. Lay a framework groundwork for quality information sharing management

    The on-site quality control personnel through the I-pad and mobile terminal pass the paperless front-line basic information, including pictures, data, video screen, at the same time, the system will automatically collect the production process information, personnel parameter setting, equipment operation and other WIP processing process numbers from which integrated data can be synchronized and real-time. Synchronous management of status reports, indicator monitoring trends, and distribution of defects facilitate intelligent and efficient decision-making.
