  • Improving Quality by Strengthening Quality Mindset —— VCN Quality Season Campaign

    VAST China launched its Quality Season campaign from October to December, 2022. Committed to the idea of “pushing quality improvement and physical quality performance by strengthening quality mindset for everyone” and the aim of “excellent team, outstanding quality”, the campaign included a series of quality related activities at both plants in Taicang and Jingzhou. The campaign fully reflected the idea of full participation in quality by engaging both office and frontline employees in quality training, quality issue diagnosis, defect analysis and sharing of measures to improve quality at everyone’s own workplace, which promoted the awareness and enthusiasm for full participation in quality.

                       

    The quality season campaign included an opening ceremony, quality mindset training, quality skill competition, quality quiz 90 & training, quality defect explained, quality knowledge competition, quality interactive day and the summary meeting.

    Reviewing the smooth progress of the quality season activities and the support of each department over the past three months, every VCN employee, from Taicang and Jingzhou plants, adhered to the principle of full participation, effective execution to eventually achieve the desired outcome of this quality season campaign and effectively improved their quality mindset. Through the continued learning, training, quality knowledge and product defect hands-on sessions over the past few months, all employees have developed a mindset of “everyone cares about quality”, while improving both work quality and products quality, enhancing employee enthusiasm and building a stronger sense of responsibility for better corporate cohesion. It has also leveled up the quality mindset for all VCN employees to build a professional team oriented towards customer and quality.
